To serve business and industry through the delivery of comprehensive portfolio of programs and services in order to strengthen Louisiana’s competitive edge in the global marketplace. Through these comprehensive initiatives, the Workforce Development Division approach will allow employers to retrain, upgrade and attract a skilled workforce pool to our region.

Mission

To enhance the quality of life for all by providing educational programs and services that offer flexible, relevant and timely training opportunities to meet the economic development needs of our region.
