Admissions Requirements

• Open Admissions Policy
• ACT Scores or Compass Test Scores
• High School Transcripts or GED Scores
• Meningitis Vaccination for all Incoming Freshmen
• Males Age 18 to 26 Must Provide Proof of Selective Service Registration
• In-State Tuition - One Year of Residency in Louisiana Required
• $5 Application Fee and a $15 Compass Testing Fee (if needed)
• Each retest is $5 per component

Compass is a computerized untimed test used to assess basic Reading, Writing and Math skills. Basic calculators may be used on the math portion of the exam. Scores will be printed on completion of Compass testing.
